Existing Business Sales Representative / United States

As an Existing Business Key Account Manager your role will focus on selling add-on products, additional licenses and services to M-Files® existing customers. The perfect candidate will have an outgoing personality and professional approach that will allow them to build relationships with prospective customers, help evaluate their needs and determine how M-Files can benefit their business. You will need to gain a strong understanding of how M-Files functions in order to provide value to it's customers.

Your day-to-day tasks will consist of:

  • Work with existing customers on a daily basis
  • Educate existing customers on new functionality
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in designated customer base
  • Demonstrating the software, add-ons and services
  • Generating proposals, statements of work and contract negotiations
  • Most importantly winning business and growing existing business footprint
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for learning, selling and winning
  • Proven work ethic and ability to effectively build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Accurately forecasting against quota targets
  • Manage client relationship
  • Strong people skills and an ability to listen to the customer and translate their needs into actionable pre-sales tasks and new business proposals
  • Ability to overcome objections and challenges in the sales cycle
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based environments and applications
  • Experience and working knowledge of databases is a plus
  • Experience with document/content management systems is a plus
Minimum experience:
    5 or more years in a technology sales environment with customer-facing experience.
Education:
    Bachelors Degree is required.
