Position Summary:

The Professional Services Sales Specialist is responsible for achievement of M-File’s sales and operational support activities for the sales of our solutions to Professional Services industries.  This position reports directly to VP of North American Sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize in-depth product and industry knowledge to provide specialized expertise to customers through sales cycle.
  • Develop, lead, manage, targeted sales campaigns in key accounts to achieve market penetration in the Professional Services vertical market.
  • Develop specific market and customer strategies in cooperation with field sales.
  • Support M-File's field organization as the “subject matter field expert” for M-Files solutions Professional Services vertical market.
  • Consistently meet quarterly and annual forecasts.
  • Develop and enforce consistent sales processes, metrics, and methodologies.
  • Ensure all appropriate customers and prospects interactions are recorded in Salesforce.com.

 

Key Experience and Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A proven sales track record with at least 7 years experience selling solutions to C-level management in the Professional Services industry.
  • Understanding of ECM solutions and experience working with IT organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and self-motivation are essential ingredients.
  • Ability to travel up to 60-70%.
