The Executive Assistant will report to the CFO and will also provide administrative support to the CEO, CRO, and other Austin-based executives as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
- Manage calendars for key US-based executives, schedule meetings, events, and travel as needed.
- Manage phone calls and emails on behalf of executive team.
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations).
- Act as the Austin location site lead, assisting with communications and community events.
- Prepare presentations in PowerPoint.
- Prepare Expense Reports.
- Prioritize and address executives' requests and queries appropriately and promptly.
COMPETENCIES
- 5-10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, with high-level of attention to detail.
- Ability to think proactively and prioritize work with little or no guidance.
- Positive, can-do problem-solver that enjoys fast-paced high-growth tech environment.
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
- Display highest levels of professionalism when interacting with executives and external stakeholders (board members, investors, customers).
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- High-level of emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport and relationships quickly.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite of products with emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
