Executive Assistant / United States

The Executive Assistant will report to the CFO and will also provide administrative support to the CEO, CRO, and other Austin-based executives as needed.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
  • Manage calendars for key US-based executives, schedule meetings, events, and travel as needed.
  • Manage phone calls and emails on behalf of executive team.
  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations).
  • Act as the Austin location site lead, assisting with communications and community events.
  • Prepare presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Prepare Expense Reports.
  • Prioritize and address executives' requests and queries appropriately and promptly. 

 

COMPETENCIES

  • 5-10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, with high-level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to think proactively and prioritize work with little or no guidance. 
  • Positive, can-do problem-solver that enjoys fast-paced high-growth tech environment.
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
  • Display highest levels of professionalism when interacting with executives and external stakeholders (board members, investors, customers).
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
  • High-level of emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport and relationships quickly.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite of products with emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

 

Candidate must reside in Austin, TX or surrounding area.
