Consulting Unit Manager, Enablement & Training / United States

Role description   

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and execution-focused individual committed to scaling and delivering an exceptional onboarding and continued training experience for M-Files customers and partners in the North America region.  A solid enablement and training program geared towards delivering high value learning experiences and maximizing user adoption is essential as we look to transform and exponentially grow our training services portfolio in North America. You will work closely with the Global Enablement and Training organization to ensure our training specialists are enabled to perform their daily work delivering world-class training to our customers and partners. You will have the opportunity to build and lead a team to support the growth of the North America training services portfolio. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains an overall view of the team’s strategic roadmap to ensure planning and execution of enablement and training initiatives are aligned with global standards and against the organization’s vision and priorities.
  • Partners with Sales during Sales cycle to ensure the right training solution is scoped and included in all new customer delivery engagements.
  • Accountability for P&L including establishing pricing strategy for training services that supports profitability goals and overseeing delivery to ensure events are delivered within budget.
  • Manages a blended learning model to include trainer led classroom for delivery engagements, webinars, and common classroom events for customers and partners.
  • Leads, manages, and mentors training specialists to achieve world-class delivery standards.
  • Collaborates with Sales to capture market feedback on how training offerings can be packaged to help sell value to customers and partners.
  • Provides timely and effective communications to stakeholders on upcoming training operations and new initiatives.
  • Provides continuous improvement for development and evolution of new and existing training to prepare training specialists to execute on job responsibilities.
  • Achieves high quality standards and customer satisfaction scores on delivered training events.
  • Tracks delivery survey data to identify opportunities from feedback on how trainings and supporting collateral can be enhanced to improve learning experience.
  • Collaborates with Global Enablement and Training organization to create and maintain scalable training materials including presentations, audio, video, and custom content.  
  • Partners with Customer Success Management to identify training opportunities to support customer adoption goals post-onboarding.
  • Collaborates with marketing to help sell training services including the creation of testimonials from partners and customers.
  • Collaborates with Global Community Manager on strategies to leverage Community to support ongoing training needs for customers and partners.

  • Self-directed; skilled at driving objectives with minimal guidance and limited resources.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong people and project management skills.



  • Bachelor's degree in business or other related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in management of a team in an innovative, high-tech industry, with a proven ability to lead and deliver on strategic and tactical business objectives.
  • Experience in designing and executing engaging training experiences both online and onsite to be able to chip in when all hands are needed.
  • Proven track record of producing and managing enablement events, driving adoption, and measuring the impact of enablement programs at scale is a plus.
