Pricing Director / United States

The Pricing Director will be responsible for the company's overall pricing strategy & execution.  This challenging & impactful role will collaborate with all members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and key members of the sales, marketing, and product management organizations to improve & optimize the company's list prices, product packaging, and negotiating/discounting practices.

This will be a high-profile role with high-levels of executive sponsorship to deliver meaningful & tangible benefits to overall company profitability, by reducing discounts, raising ASP, and shortening sales cycle with simpler & more modular pricing schemes.

The successful candidate will have high drive to win & ideally have prior pricing experience in an enterprise software or SaaS environment and/or management consulting, as it will be important to build credibility quickly.



  • Develop & implement multi-pronged & executable company pricing strategy, collaborating with the ELT & key stakeholders.
  • Own the company's Product Master, including pricing, packaging & offering structure.
  • Design & enforce Delegation of Authority to drive desired discounting behavior.
  • Educate & enable sales teams on best practices.
  • Analyze results & provide meaningful insights to drive continued improvement.



  • 10+ years business experience, preferably in Enterprise Software, SaaS, or management consulting.
  • 5+ years pricing experience.
  • Good understanding of SaaS metrics & business dynamics.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Creative problem-solver that can craft win/win solutions.
  • Strategic mindset (not a "bean counter").
