Sales Administrator / Finland

M-Files Sales Administrator is responsible for executing and developing operational processes involving sales order entries and validation. With deep understanding of our data models and order recording processes, we ensure that the business data ending up to our sales reports is valid and up-to-date. As a Sales Administrator, you will develop deep knowledge on M-Files sales processes and tools with ability to administrate the tools we use in our daily operations, including M-Files. In a growing company the processes and tools are under continuous development and our target is to make our processes scalable and as automated as possible.

Sales Administrator is supporting our global sales organization with 100+ employees and M-Files global partner network with 300+ partners. This position is part of our Global Sales Operations team located in Tampere and USA. The position is located in Finland, preferably in Tampere area, but also remote working within Finland is possible.

Your primary day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Sales order entries to our systems
  • Quote approvals against sales policies
  • Following up and validating order recordings, closing delivered & invoiced orders.
  • Ensuring that the orders end up to invoicing pipeline and have all the necessary information for successful invoicing
  • Providing support to sales and partners via our shared internal ticketing system
  • Communicating professionally and with thoroughness to all stakeholders, internal and external, regarding any item assigned, main communication language is English
  • Proactively search for and document additional support needs within the sales organization that would reduce admin burden on salespeople and/or help M-Files become a better company to work with for our employees and partners

The role also includes other separately specified projects and the responsibilities will be formed based on the knowledge, interests and competence of the selected candidate.

Role Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in relevant field
  • Good with numbers, excellent with Excel
  • Attention to details and ambition to deliver with high quality
  • 'Help others' and 'Love customers' by listening to our internal customers' and partners' needs and responding quickly to service requests.
  • Proven ability to communicate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to quickly internalize complex data structures and processes
  • Ability to prioritize risks and issues to drive resolution and engage others when necessary
  • Attitude of 'Make it happen' with ability to withstand pressure
  • Tolerance for recurring tasks
  • Always looking for ways to be more efficient and streamline processes and tools accordingly
  • Previous knowledge of M-Files and Salesforce is appreciated
